Meaning of home

What does home mean to you?? To most people home is a place where your safe. To some people home is four walls a floor and a roof. But to me, home is a place where I can express myself, be myself and where I will always belong. In my home lives me, my sister, my mom and dad. They live with me because they love me. There are two hundred thousand homeless kids in Canada. Imagine, you live in the back of a broken wagon. You use a deflated tire as a pillow, and cardboard as a blanket. In the summer I went to New York. I saw so many homeless people there. When I think about homeless people and cold winter nights, it upsets me to know that there are people that don’t have a roof to keep them safe. My parents always tells us that home is a privilege. Not a right.
