Grade 6

Lac du Bonnet

Home, Home is more than a roof and walls. Home is where there is good memories.
And not so good memories. Home is where no one can judge you. We have to be grateful for having a home and other things like clean tap water and food and a bed to sleep in. At home I feel safe because I have locked doors and parents that love me. I feel sad for people who don’t have the things I have like a home and luxuries such as a TV, a car, an oven, and clean
clothes to wear every day. People take it all for granted all the time. Also, I am lucky enough to get Christmas presents and even stuff for my birthday. I can do cool things like take vacations to places like British Colombia, all around Canada and the United States.
That’s what home means to me. What does it mean to you?
