“Hands can build a house but only hearts can build a home.” My brother and I have only moved once. That house was not really a home. It was more of a house to me and my brother. My brother and I were only a month old and it was not special to us because we really don’t remember the house. My brother and I our twins so I guess maybe the house was more special to my parents because they brought us home there.

When I was two months old we moved to Winnipeg. We moved to a much bigger house but that’s not what’s special about it. What is special about it is that all my favorite memories happened in my house and that my house keeps me happy when ever I’m sad. One good memory is when it was my dogs first Christmas. He opened all of his presents with his mouth, I thought is was so cute.

When I go to my Babas house we pass by a big house. Me and my brother Hayden always wonder what it would be like to live in that house. Even though the house is big I know if I move all my good memories will stay behind.

I believe that a house is just stuff. Things like chairs, beds, and desks. A home is about memories and the people who live in the house with you. The main difference between a house and a home is simple. A house is all every day items like desks beds windows and more. A home is all the memories you make and the love that’s in it.
