Home

What home means to me, home for me is a place that you can be yourself and no one will judge you. For me home is a place where peace, love and kindness will fill your heart. My life has always had a home in it and I’m so thankful for that, some people don’t have a safe loving home like I do. If I didn’t have a home my life wouldn’t be the same. My home is safe and a place I look forward to when I’ve been away for long periods of time. Some people just think a home is just a house with rooms in it, to me my houses are my home. I may have two homes but both of them always welcome me home from a long day. A home is a place to enjoy all holidays like Christmas or your birthday. In your home there are people who love you; you can laugh, cry, and get mad in your home. Everybody has a different home with different meanings, for me my home is a place that I will always love, cherish, and be thankful for. My home will never leave my side, as cheesy as that may sound, but it won’t. A famous quote, “fill a house with love, and it becomes a home” is so very true. Honestly, a home for me is where my family and I fall and pick ourselves up. Where our hearts break and our hearts heal. Where hearts will always be open and pictures will always be there from the past. A home is a place where memories are made.
