Going Home

Splash! I jump in the puddles. The rain drips on my raincoat as I walk home. I cross the road. When I get home, I hang my coat up and walk up the stairs. I smile at my mom. When I see people on the street I think it must be hard when you don’t have a place to go. That’s when I think I should be grateful for what I have. Remember…it’s not just a place to live. It’s a place to make happy memories. It’s a place where you can be yourself. No one can judge you for who you are. Home is a place where you can show your emotions and share your thoughts and feelings. That’s my true meaning of home. I hope you enjoyed it.
