A Home For You

A Home for You

Everybody knows that a home is special and pretty grand.
Home is a place for you and me but some people don’t have it, as you can see.
Home is a place like the desert sand a place so real it is on the land.
A place that you can be snuggled up tight with your mom and dad to say good night.
A house will come and go but a home won’t because a home is yours.
I wish I could say that all across the land that everyone has a home but I can’t and that’s sad.
I hope that you can make a home every day so every kid would have a place to play.
If you need a home a home will need you.
Like the the sun in the sky a home will not let you die.
I wish you good luck and more and hope this poem means something.
